Bronowicz Realty and our Agents can lead you through the process of marketing your property, using the MLS and other web sites to promote the property, find qualified renters, conduct backround checks on prospective renters, and complete the lease document and disclosures required by law.
A word on "qualified renters". Our approach is to screen the prospective tenant by conducting a credit check, that includes employment history, reference checks, rental or ownership history, etc. After you decide on the best tenant, we provide the legal documentation to complete the process. For a small monthly fee, we will also manage the property for you...collecting rent from tenants, managing the property according to the lease, take calls from tenants, control and supervise maintenance and conduct periodic internal and external inspections.
Bronowicz Realty charges you a fee for renting-out your property that we will discuss when you are ready. If you would like us to manage the property after it is rented, the monthly fee is 8% of the monthly rent, with $100.00 as the minimum per month for this service.
